The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the context of our website.

 

Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for 10 years for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not forward these data without your consent.

 

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator uses cookies to store the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

 

When you visit our website, personal data are processed in order to be able to display the content of the website on your device. So that the pages in can be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the end device you are using must be processed. There is also further information about the browser on your end device. We are obliged under data protection law to also guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems. For this purpose and in this interest, the following data are logged on the basis of a weighing of interests:

•   IP address for erroneous visits to websites "Error Log" (for a maximum of 7 days)

•   Operating system of the visiting computer

•   Browser version of the visiting computer

•   Name of retrieved file

•   Date and time of retrieval

•   Volume of data transferred

•   Referring URL

 

The IP address will be deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of this website after 7 days at the latest. We can then no longer establish a personal reference from the remaining data. The data is also used to identify and correct errors on the website. The data you provide are required in order to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without these data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor in order to fulfil our tax obligations.

 

After aborting the shopping process, the data stored we store will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR legislation.

 

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser during your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

The fonts in question are loaded from Google servers, which are usually located in the USA. The appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed by Google (list entry "Privacy Shield").

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information voluntarily provided on areas of interest, birthday and zip code […]. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time.
